Shipping & returns

This is a courtesy translation. The binding version is the Spanish one, as the contract is governed by Spanish law.

Where we ship

Anywhere in Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands. We do not send the printed portrait to Ceuta or Melilla, because the parcel clears customs and the handling fee would fall on whoever receives it. If you live there, the digital file reaches you without any problem.

For now we do not ship outside Spain.

Timings

The delivery clock starts when you approve the portrait, not when you pay. All shipments are tracked.

Shipping costs

€4.90 per order. Free over €75. Shipping is charged once per order, however many portraits it contains.

Cancellations

You can cancel and get a full refund at any time before approving the portrait. Write to hola@tanfiel.com.

Once approved, the order goes into production and cannot be withdrawn from, as it is a personalised product. The detail is in the terms of sale.

Damaged or faulty items

If it arrives broken or misprinted, send us a photo at hola@tanfiel.com within 14 days of delivery. We reprint and resend at no cost, and you do not need to return the original.
